Floral Springtime Show

Beginning at the end of March, the Red Brick  Gallery will be hosting a springtime extravaganza. I will have about ten to eleven pieces present in the show.

As usual, I continue to work on my endangered species series, but have no new pieces to show just yet.

The opening reception for the Wild Whimsy show went wonderfully, lots of people and a chance for many of the artists and myself to demo our techniques. The show runs through July 12... make sure you get out there and check out all the wonderful art.

New Work Completed

A few pieces have been finished for a little while, and have now been posted to the left. Here is a Sumatran Tiger.

He is the smallest of the subspecies of Tiger.

Whereas the tiger is classified as Endangered and subspecies aren't really classified by themselves, Wikipedia has the different tiger subspecies classified individually.

The Sumatran comes in at Critically Endangered according to Wikipedia

He is 22 x 24"

The ENDANGERED!!! series is getting alot of attention and I've got more shows scheduled.
